Realme has officially confirmed the battery size and charging speed of its upcoming smartphone, the Realme GT Neo5 SE. The company had previously announced that the device will feature a 144Hz 1.5K display with support for high-frequency 2160Hz PWM dimming.
According to the latest announcement, the Realme GT Neo5 SE will be equipped with a 5,500mAh battery that will support 100W wired charging.
Although the charging speed of the Neo5 SE is slower compared to the vanilla Neo5, which offers two variants – one with a 4,600mAh battery and 240W charging support, and another with a 5,000mAh cell and 150W charging.
The Realme GT Neo5 SE’s design has already been revealed, and it will be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC. It is expected to come with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, and will have a thickness of 8.95mm and weigh 193.1g.
The launch event for the Realme GT Neo5 SE is scheduled for April 3 in China at 2PM local time. Realme may reveal more features of the device before the event. With a high refresh rate display and a large battery with fast charging capabilities, the Realme GT Neo5 SE is expected to be a popular device among smartphone enthusiasts.
